What else has changed? Check out this photo of Jaxon. He's changing before our very eyes. Our little Jaxon has now lost, not just one, but his two bottom teeth!
The girls have just changed schools. The school they were attending before was close by, but not a very good fit. We live in greater London, and the schools can feel a bit inner-city at times. The girls were frustrated by the lack of respect the student's showed their teachers, and needed to be at a school that challenged their students more. We are hoping we've found this in their new school.
Unfortunately, they are now commuting quite a ways every day to attend an all girls academy in Bromley. They leave at 7:42 to catch the tram near our house at 7:45. After one stop, they change trams for several more stops, then they switch to an overground train and take that one stop. Finally, they walk down the street and find themselves at school by 8:22. Their journey is tough. That first tram is PACKED, so they push themselves in like sardines! After one stop, the next tram is comfortable, and they get a seat (which is great because this is the bulk of their travel), then they have to wait for 7 minutes in the cold at the platform for their train, and finally walk another five. All this in whatever the weather: like today...

Ok, this weather report doesn't even mention the rain, maybe because it's just assumed, it's London, it will rain! It even hailed a bit today. It's FREEZING!

All this going on and on, just to point out that life changes, we change, and suddenly what once was so strange just seems normal, so this probably just goes to show that we now have become stranger still (as if it were possible)
